For the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they navigate the complexities of anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and life’s many transitions. I believe that therapy is a partnership built on trust, compassion, and mutual respect—a safe space where you can be your most authentic self without fear of judgment.
My approach is holistic and collaborative. I work with clients to identify their goals and develop a personalized treatment plan that incorporates a variety of techniques, including mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
